Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account and its data at any time in the app under Settings.

Fair play

Automated tapping, scripting, or otherwise manipulating scores is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Community & conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, abuse, or unlawful content in usernames or messages is prohibited. You can block and report other players in the app; we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Simulated players

To keep the leaderboard lively before the community grows, Bar Clicker includes computer-controlled players, clearly labelled practice on the leaderboard. As more people join, you will be matched with more real players. Purchases and upgrades only speed up your own progress — they never buy wins over real players, and simulated players cannot receive your money or messages.

Virtual items

In-game currency, upgrades, and cosmetics are earned through play, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Bar Clicker does not sell real-money in-app purchases.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
